Inspired by the vision of ZEN of our Master OSHO, reflected in his unique commentaries and mirrored by his innovative interpretations of the teachings by the old Zen Masters, we started some time ago to organize successfully groups and
meditation retreats combining the classical methods of Zen with techniques of ' modern ' active meditations. - Moreover, after many years of living in the spirit of Zen here/now and practicing other meditation methods too under the guidance of OSHO, the introduction of the main elements of Zen into the daily work as a therapist and meditation leader happened almost all by itself: Zen therapy favours particularly the 'dis-personalization' and the transcendence of our ' numerous personal problems '. For how much the integration of basic aspects of Zen in today's therapy and the use of instruments with Zen origin in various groups have proofed to be very effective, however it was unavoidable not to create an invitation to engage in a regular everyday practice of this new synthesis, far away from attachments to the traditional forms and rituals. Therefore the ' Non-Way of the White Clouds ' came into being, the self-initiation as ' Hakuun ' , an opportunity, together with other ' fellow travellers ', to dedicate oneself intensively to the development of our unique intrinsic potential of ' re-awakening ' and the capacity to realize our ' true nature'.
The main scope of a spiritual practice like Zen, specifically the lectures and devices of Zen masters, is to prepare the disciples to ' realize ' themselves ' and ' to become ' masters on their own behalf. - After this ' fortunate accident ' has occurred, some of them
start to help 'fellow travellers' with their search, others found communities or teach in traditional schools and many of them simply relax into ' being Masters of themselves ' and return back into the world to lead a simple natural life. Just their mere presence has a certain ' wakening ' effect on other people and that can be the beginning of a search of theirs .
Since the beginning the masters of the way Mahayana (= great vehicle) in Buddhism, which Zen is part of, engaged themselves in creating effective and accessible-to-all instruments, in order to bring anyone, who wished to, to the state of the ' natural mind ', or to ' liberation ' or ' awakening '. - We have followed intuitively this 'tradition', hoping to have devised some faster and simpler methods, which are more adapted to the common westerner of our times: in order to return to oneself, in order to go inside and enter our depth, in order to ' find again ', like an experience and beyond, the answer to the most fundamental question in the human existence: Who am I? ...Where do I come from?... ...Where will I return to?...

In Neo Zen Dinamico we use the traditional practices of ZEN and active and cathartic methods of modern meditation, opposing stages with a strong energetic engagement and moments of passive witnessing, always in contact with our inner centre of balance - the Hara or Tan Tien.
Alternating between expressive phases and introspection stages we will be able ,time after time, to enter more deeply in contact with our inner silence - a state of peace: a kind of ' natural` meditation.
The benefits of this continuing process of meditation, self- exploration and re - discovery of oneself can manifest themselves in various forms, starting from a larger mental clearness and a more stable psyco-physical equilibrium accompanied by a kind of emotional peace up to the experience of a ' Satori ', of a brief ' Enlightment`, the inner state of a direct and immediate contact with ' Reality ' or the ' Truth ' without the filters of the mind. - By using ' transcendental ' techniques, we directly cut out the roots of the majority of our problems, conditionings and limitative programs: the identification with the mind and the attachment to the past ! And in doing so, we are preparing an inner space in which can manifest itself, the experience of total silence or emptiness, our true nature and that of all living beings and of all the phenomena.

According to the ' Sutra of the Banner ', in the moment of ENLIGHTMENT, the Buddha shouted spontaneously: " Wonder of the wonders! All living beings, in an intrinsic manner , are Buddhas, equipped with wisdom and virtue, but since the human mind has been turned upside-down by illusory thoughts, they do not succeed in perceiving it ". It seems that the first words that Buddha pronounced were of terror and surprise. It is indeed wonderful that all humans, intelligent or stupid , males or females, beautiful or ugly, are integral and complete as they are; it is worth saying that the real nature of any being does not have a single intrinsic defect, it is perfect, not different from that of Amida or any other Buddha. This first assertion of the Buddha Shakyamuni is also the fundamental conclusion of the Buddhism. Nevertheless man, uneasy and expectant, lives an existence that borders on madness because his mind, heavily encrusted by illusions, is in confusion. We therefore have a need to return to the ' original perfection ' for to see through the false image of us as incomplete and guilty beings, and for to re-awake to our purity and intrinsic completeness. - The most effective means in order to succeed in making it, is Zazen...
Maestro Zen Hakuun Yasutani ( 1885 - 1973 )
Enlightment is like the reflection of the moon in the water. The moon is not getting wet, the water is not afflicted. Although his light is diffuse and immense, the moon is reflected in one small pool of water, even the whole moon and the entire sky are mirrored in a single dew drop on the grass, unbelievable: they are also reflected in one single small dropling. Enlightment, not destroying people, is like the moon that does not disturb the water. And the man who does not hinder Enlightment is like the dew drop that does not block the moon in the sky.
Maestro Zen Dogen ( 1200 - 1258 )
The perfect way
... " the perfect way is lacking in difficulty,
but only if one avoids to prefer and to choose.
Only when one is free from hatred and love,
love reveals herself in all her clarity.
A distinction fine as a hair
.and sky and earth are separated!
If you want to reach the perfect truth,
do not bother about what is just and unjust.
It is the disease of the mind." ..." ...
Witnessing the state of ' No Mind '
... one day I cancelled all the notion from my mind. I renounced any possible desire. I discarded all the words with which I thought and I remained in peace. I almost felt like dying, like as if I had been transported into something, or like if I were touching a power unknown to me ... and ssst! I entered. I lost the sense of limit to my physical body. I conserved the skin, obviously, but I felt like being in the center of the cosmos. I talked, but my words had lost their meaning. I saw people coming towards me, but all were the same man. All were me! Never had I known this world before. I had believed to have been created, but now I had to change opinion: never had I been created; I was the cosmos; no individual Mr. Sasaki existed.
